Pars Floors

Pars Floors did everything they said they would (my two projects were sanding a living room oak floor, and installing carpet in our basement), and the quality of their work was top drawer. Fast, cost effective and easy to deal with, I would use Pars Floors again for any flooring project. Highly recommended.

Their service is Awesome and installation was professional. Have got an excellent carpet with competitive price for my basement. I have already suggested to my neighbor and he is installing carpet from these folks.

We are very disappointed with our results. The edges of the floor are darker and there are different areas that look worn because of how the stain was applied. Alot of holes were not plugged and sanded. The refinisheres were very sloppy.........stain on our woodwork, stain on the bottom of the toilet and sink, bubble and blobs of polyurethrene. Russ said he was not even going to take "after pictures" because he was disappointed with the results. How does he think we felt? We paid full price for a lousy job. We were out of state getting ready to move and maybe if we had been here watching everything it would have turned out better.

The flooring in this house was very old and not maintained at all by The previous owner. This customer wanted to have the floors stained dark. We applied the dark stain for two days in a row, but some parts of the floor would not accept the new stain thoroughly because of being exposed to moisture. We did fill up as many holes in the floor with putty as possible. Having a few bubbles of polyeurethane after the job is normal. They are pockets of air that release afterwards.We clean up thoroughly after every job.I didn't take any pics because the floors didn't accept the stain nicely despite all our efforts.

Russ and Mike are nice enough but the work that Mike and his helpers did was messy and rushed. I had to touch up many areas of paint where the walls were nicked. I'm just glad I had leftover paint to do so.

This house was freshly painted and we always recommend to the customer to have a little leftover paint to touch up after the job is done.Installing wood and refinishing old floors requires taking up old carpet, moving some furniture and lots of pain staking work and a few blemishes are normal on a job of this scale. We always clean up thoroughly after we are done.

The floors are beautiful and Pars Floors was easy to work with.
