I recieved three bids and Parks landscape was in the middle. I paid a little bit more for Parks Landscaping because I liked his ideas, he seemed extremely knowledgeable and he was taking care of one other problem area that nobody else offered to do. After he completed the Job we had some flooding and there was a minor unforeseeable problem with part of the landscaping that they put in. As soon as the rain stopped and we had a dry day he came out with his crew and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend Parks Landscape and I will use them again in the future.

Vahdat was very thorough in his options for my landscaping project and quickly gave me a quote that was very competitive. The project was completed in 5 days. Everyday they cleaned up the debris before they left and the project was completed to my full expectations.

The owner of Parks, Inc. said they would not be able to do my lawn within the time frame I was looking for, so he referred me to his cousin, Siamak Lovette. Siamak cleaned up my yard the very next day for a great price! He worked through the pouring rain to get the job done, and did an excellent job!

Vahdat was prompt at contacting me and arranging to come over. When he came he understood what I wanted and he gave me a written estimate that day. I gave him the go-ahead and within 2 days he was at my home and had done the work. His final bill was per the estimate. The work was according to the spec that he had on the estimate. The work was at a exactly the right level and I am very satisfied.
