Installer was nice, but left my house dirty and did not tuck in the wires. I had to have my drywall contractor finish the job.

He was able to fix my home phone, which I was very pleased about. It's an older house and the wiring was all messed up. Bellsouth and AT&T wouldn't even attempt it, but George was able to get everything working. I was pleased with everything except the price.. seemed a little high, and I did find other people with a cheaper hourly rate, but I'm not sure they would of delivered the same quality service that he did.

George was great. He came out, diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. It was a Windstream issue. He then contacted Windstream for me and explained the issue to them. He also made himself available to Windstream for follow up.

George is great! Our phone system is old and few people even know what it is! George was able to track down the problem and get it fixed. Very friendly, personable and professional. Only downside was that his hourly rate is a bit pricey, but we agreed to it because he has little if any competition!
