Poor schedualing and respones, very good quality of work, very expensive, greater that $225/hr/person.

Parker Heating and Air did a great job for me when my furnace went out in very cold weather. Completed the project in one day. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

The quality and customer service were great. They were however very expensive. I would recommend shopping around before calling them.

Parker Heating and Air was very responsive. I received a call within fifteen minutes of posting my requirement and a service tech was there within 3 hours. The tech was very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Though he did not find any failed components, he persevered and checked everything possible to ensure he had the problem fixed. He ended up making some adjustments and cleaning some critical components and the furnace has been working fine since. Particularly attractive was their guarantee on their work, so that they would come back to fix it if the problem persisted. I would recommend them.

Richard and Glen were both professional, and we opted to go with having the switch replaced. The furnace is working well now. We will certainly use them again in the future, and recommend them to others.

Not only did the tech fix the furnace problem, but he informed me about various good and not-so-good features of our furnace and about clues to look for in future which would indicate this and other problems.
