This installation involved installing a ceiling fan to an existing box. Due to manufacturer's specs, the existing ceiling box was replaced to one supplied by the manufacturer, which supports the weight of this ceiling fan by Code for a 19 foot high ceiling. This was not the 'typical' ceiling fan installation, as additional time was needed to also remove an existing wall switch to wire in the remote control wall switch and transmitter supplied by the manufacturer for proper operation. A discount was given even though the installation required additional work beyond the original scope of installation.

Arrived on time clean, efficient and felt comfortable allowing electrician to work in home while at work.

I replaced the GFCI receptacle with Parker Electrical Maintenance. Overall I was delivered a pleasant customer service. First my service was scheduled for one time - Will could not perform the service at that time. He called back to reschedule for another time within an hour. All services were performed at the second proposed time to my satisfaction.

He did a great job. Very courteous and responsive. Work was scheduled quicklly and completed on time despite inclement weather. Price was very reasonable and I plan to use him in the future

This man is fantastic. He is kind, polite, makes you feel comfortable and works with you. He calls to ensure you are ready for him, and will take a picture to show you the problem prior to repair. Definitely will use him again.

He came and gave me a rough estimate on the work that I wanted. He emailed me a written work order. He called and went over the work order and we agreed on a price. The end of the week he came and completed the job. He was very nice and did everything that was agreed upon. I'm very happy with the work that was done.
