Robert was great. He spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem and in the end advised me against going ahead with the full repair because of the age of the washer. He was able to get it up and running temporarily to give me time to shop for a new one. I will definitely call Parker Appliances again and will recommend them to all of my friends.

Very knowledgeable about more than just appliances! Very professional but enjoyed the conversation as well. Mr Parker offers evening hours because god knows if an appliance is going to go south, they seem to do it at the least opportune times. Thank you -- would definitely recommend.
