John has cleaned my carpet before....Im a repeat customer. As before he did a great job and the work was inexpensive. Carpet and tile look like new again. I would definetely hire him again.

Did a good job of cleaning the middle areas of the tile and grout, but a poor job in areas near sides and walls. They did not clean within 3-4 inches of walls and sides.

We scrub sides by hand , but this sounds like we need to go over it again, I will come back at no charge.
