Brian Young was very helpful with ideas and choices for our deck and spiral staircase project. Mr. Young was very diligent and thorough in every aspect of the planning, building and completion of the work. Mr. Young's team worked carefully not to disturb neighbors. Their work was completed with minimum disruption in regards to cleanup, noise and the safety of our children during the project. Our deck is beautiful and we have received many compliments. The completed project is even more wonderful than we imagined and exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Park-Young Enterprises.

We understood that, because of the design and high end materials/products used, this was not an inexpensive project to complete. So, we did our best to keep the labor as effective as possible, keeping the cost as reasonable as possible. Also, that the attention to detail was even more critical to see the value in the designs. I agree that the finished product is even more beautiful than we had initially expected. I know you will continue to enjoy your new deck for many years to come.... and the OC ocean views.

Brian Young did a fantastic job building our patio cover. He was as good as his word. We are very pleased with the results,and would certainly use his company for future projects we have.

In general I was satisfied - performed the work on time and at the agree price. How ever after after the project was completed and was looking at an orher project with a hand rail I noticed that ours had skrew holes and the other did not. This is a small finish item but it left me slightly disappionted in the quality.
