Dave Parisen sounded professional over th phone and bosted about the 30 years they've been in business, however, he was very inexperienced around the details of various inspection points. For example, he gave a clean bill of health on a roof he inspected, I wasn't confident he was accurate and had two roofing specialists come by to inspect the roof. Both roofing companies agreed the roof was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Estimates for the roof ranged from $20,000-$25,000. That is a negilgible assessment . I would never use Parisen Associates again and I'm glad I caught this before the closing!!

They were very responsive in contacting me and arranging for the inspection. Bill seemed to be knowledgeable about building requirements. I was disappointed that although the condition of my roof was a primary concern of mine, he didn't bring a ladder which would be required to get up on the roof and get a good look at what was going on up there.
