Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The roof that I ordered was not installed, The dumpster was left in my driveway over the weekend without permission and in my town, you are not supposed to park on the street overnight. Before the install, I asked the owner if a rain barrel could it be installed if I purchased it. I was told yes. When it was not installed, the owner told me that he didn't even know what a rain barrel was when he agreed!! To date, the barrel has not been installed and one of his workers took the instructions and never returned them. Not a positive contractor experience.

they did a ggod job when they frist did the job but when you call them for a return to check a possible loose shigle they give you the run around

John Parisi, owner of Parco, was a gem at the beginning, and I hired him on the spot. The job was done beautifully, professionally, and the workers were great. Had a bit of trouble at the end ..... had to call numerous times to get someone to come back to take care of a few items that needed adjustment (nothing huge). I was surprised at how quickly, after Mr. Parisi was paid in full, he stopped returning my phone calls. Eventually all was taken care of though - - except that I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PAPERS THAT WERE PROMISED TO COME AT THE END OF THE JOB - TO SUBMIT TO MY ACCOUNTANT WITH MY INCOME TAXES TO GET REBATE FOR INSULATION ETC

Mr.Parco redid our roof in October of 2007. He was supposed to send us the warranty for the roof but he still has not done it yet. We have contacted him about 5 times and each time he says he will call back and never does, when he was trying to get the contract, we were able to get him on the phone, now that the work is done, he is nowhere to be found.
