Outstanding and very informative home inspection. Rick was knowledgeable and detail in expecting the home we were going to purchase. He has saved us thousands of dollars and tons of heart-ache from discovering mold in the house we were schedule to close on 04/30. THANKS SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!

I used Paragon home inspections to inspect a property that I had under contract. Mr Furman, an experienced home builder was my inspector. He was very prompt and excited to be on the job. Even though on this particular day the weather was very bad (snowing and raining), it didnt stop him at all from doing his job. Mr Furman gave the house and property an inspection that was very thorough. He inspected every inch of the house from top to bottom and wall to wall not skipping a room. I really appreciate all his time and effort he put into his work just to make sure that I was aware of anything that raised a concern to him. Thanks Mr Furman!!!!!!

Rick was very knowledgable. He tool the time to point out areas to watch and noted these on the report. He identified a potential issue with the floor structure, but researched the beam design and advised that it appeared to be within the manufacturer's specifications.

He showed up on time and he was very clear about everything that was going to be taking place. the inspector let me walk through with him and should me everything that he was looking at and what needed to be done. I really enjoyed joe the inspector he also took pictures and writing everything down that he was showing me and explaining to me . My over all experience I give it 10 stars that's how wonderful my experience was. sarah

He was very thorough and professional and was able it give me a "ball park" price and certain items that needed work.. That alone was nice for me cause I didnt know how much it would cause to patch a crack in foundation.... So I give him 5stars and he would be one of my 1st choices to call for estimates on future projects.
