Our agreement was for them to clean up and copy from a set of earlier drawings. These drawings would then be submitted for approval. If corrections or changes were needed, they would take care of them. When I received the originals back with corrections needed, I called and did not receive an answer or callback. I called a number of times with no response, leaving me out to dry in mid project. In the legal profession, that is abandonment and cause for disbarment. In my situation, I had to go out and hire a new person, who responded VERY well and at a reasonable price. VERY DISSATISFIED. Rating: Provided By: Charles W.
