5&12 hrs. projected by John, manager/ wk. done in3&one half hrs, failed to deliver all services promised. John made no notes when doing estimate, sd. he had it all in his head/ not so. charged $600.00 for the work done but not completed. A distinct overcharge!

We had some communication issues with what we expected and what was being installed. When we as for a correction, it was immediately corrected with no hassle and the project was not delayed. We are very pleased with our new porch and patio.

This past month we had Paradise Restored Landscaping do a complete overhaul of our backyard. Micah, the owner, really takes the time to listen and comes up with some great ideas! The landscaping crew are very hard-working and diligent. They provide quality work and make sure in the end the customer is happy. My husband and I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for any future landscaping need!

This was not a big job, but John came out on time for a consultation, give me a reasonable quote, made a date to have it done, and the employees did the job so it met with my expectations. John has since contacted me to see if the work was satisfactory and said he was available it I had any questions in the future. I am happy to recommend this company.

Micah stopped by and I had a pretty tight budget and he told me exactly what he could do for me. I was happy with our arrangement going in but what came after he was done was beyond words. It turned out better than I could have ever imagined. The crew he sent out were what any landscaper would hope to have as a crew. I have before and after pictues and if anyone wants to make contact with me to see what they had done. Bring them on!!! Thank you very much Micah the job was AWESOME.

Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
With only one day's notice, the crew at Paradise did an excellent job of preparing the home we are trying to sell for its final appraisal. The lawn looked great and the appraisal came in higher than expected.

Project: Grade or Reslope Grounds for Landscaping
Neighbor's bamboo roots were invading our property – a real intrusive problem. Needed a solid impenetrable root barrier. I designed a re-bar reinforced concrete wall with a wood fence on top. Construction details were complicated; it had to match and be part of existing wall. Paradise made good design and material suggestions/improvements. Micah was great to work with, and his crew was courteous, hard working, knowledgeable and skilled. Job took a couple of days more than we thought, but we are VERY, VERY PLEASED with the resulting bricked-covered concrete wall and cedar fence. Sorry, bamboo, but you're not playing in our yard any more!

We needed out front yard landscaped, but we were on a budget. The owner met with us and worked within our budget to create what is now a wonderful looking front yard. From the first phone call to completion of the project took about two weeks. They are professional, courteous and I would definitely work with them again, and recommend to friends.

Micah, Juan and Moses were all very professional and willing to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. They listened to our requests, made suggestions based on their years of experience, took time to explain alternatives, and ultimately did whatever we asked of them. I am very pleased with their work and overall service.
