Project: Install or Replace Swimming Pool Heaters
He was prompt and professional. He discussed the installation procedures with us before starting and answered any questions we had. The installation was completed to our satisfaction and the heater works well. We would call him again.

Project: Clean or Maintain a Swimming Pool
Jim and his crew at Paradise Pool have been very professional in everyway! I had a minor delay starting work with weather related issues and then some family issues, and actually had Jim start work on the pool while I was away. I came home to a very clean pool and when I contacted Jim for a status, I received a very complete reply within hours. That is GREAT customer service! And the pool is well on it's way back to health!!

Jim from Paradise Pool Services did a fantastic job and was able to accomodate an urgent need for me to have my pool heater repaired in time for a family visit. He was quite knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms. Would definitely use this service again.

I just moved into a new home recently and contacted Paradise Pool Services to clean my pool & spa. Jim responded very quickly and came out on a Saturday which was even a day it was rainy to walk me through my equipment. We scheduled a cleaning for the following Tues and when I came home from work that evening the pool and spa looked wonderful. Also I had a problem with one of my valves to the spa and he made a trip out to check the problem & fix it the very next day that I made him aware of it. He's been very helpful and pleased with his services. Would highly recommend!

I opted to replace my old pool pump instead of putting a bandage on it and Jim Russel from Paradise Pools took care of it the next morning. I took a bid from another pool contractor and their bids were so close I knew there wasn't much room to pay less.Good job, fast service. I highly recommend Paradise Pool Services.

Paradise Pool is the best pool service company I've had out to the house, and I've had many. Jim came out to the house the day after we spoke and fixed the problem on the spot. I was told by another pool company my fix would be hundreds of dollars....Jim pinpointed the problem and fixed it for just a few bucks. I'll be calling them again if I need any more work done.
