They did an okay job. For the money it was acceptable and they were nice people. I did like that the owner wrote a 1 year warranty on the work and complete system. They left the drive way and patio pretty dirty with dirt and mud. I had to go out an sweep and hose it down after they left. I will give them a break on that because they worked through some very rainy conditions and it was raining when they left. They never complained or tried to postpone the work. They had great customer service 3 months after the job was complete. I had a leak from one of the valves. I called the owner and they were out there the next day and fixed it without any reluctance or attitude. That was impressive. They actually honored the warranty and I did not have to argue to get them out.

Anne was very professional and brought a lot of great ideas to our project. She had a calm demeanor and ease in explanation of her vision for landscaping. Overall, we were very satisfied and pleased to have chosen her company. She definitely added a wonderful touch to our home environment. Thanks Anne!

Anne solved my drainage problems plus doing landscaping for a reasonable price. No other company I consulted was willing to tackle all the details and work with me to use what good featuresI already had and improve the rest. After seeing her work in the back, we asked her to do the front of the house, which she did very attractively. Anne is a creative person and fun to work with

Very courteous and responsive to all requests. However they underestimated the job, and did not have the ability to maintain the property as required. The crew was not well trainied, and while I like the idea of keeping green, the use of electric rather that gas tools meant a very inefficient use of time. Most of their equipment was not adequate for the job.

We informed this client at the end of July that we were no longer servicing Thousand Oaks. The distance was too far from our Van Nuys location and most of our existing clients live in the San Fernando Valley. They had been a client since February of this year and seemed happy with the service overall while she was a client of ours.

Very Knowledgeable about her profession. Very detail oriented and also polite.

We were very satisfied with her service. We got our sprinklers fixed, and sod laid in our yard. The project was done on time, and the cost was very reasonable. She answered all of my questions, and she was very helpful to me. I highly recommend her!
