Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Paquin completed a major project for us. After completing a design and plans for us, they built a two-car garage with two bedrooms and two walk in closets, replaced our stairs, expanded our foyer, took down walls and replaced them, added a bedroom and a laundry room, and replaced most of our carpet with hardwood. They were always on schedule, always professional, took change orders in stride, and did a great job. Any time you have a job of this magnitude, there will be glitches, but they were minor.

Project: Build an Addition
Pacquin was very responsive and provided design sketches in the time given. I selected another contractor because their design ideas were more appealing to me. However, I may solicite bids from Pacquin for additional work I want done in the future.

Project: Build an Addition
The bill that I just received today was for $1,570.64 more than the agree on price. Hopefully this is a mistake that will be cleared up quickly. Update 9/9: Damage done on the HVAC unit when it was installed a couple of months ago still has not been repaired. Phone line installed does not work. Floor in great room is not level with existing floor. The over billing was done intentionally. Paquin says its in the contract that he can charge 10% more so he will even though there were no change orders authorizing this.

Project: Build an Addition
We are absolutely delighted with the work that the Paquin Design/Build team accomplished for us when they converted the unfinished attic space of our 100+ year old home into a beautiful master suite. Each one of the crew were a pleasure to deal with and their work is outstanding. We hope to work with Paquin Design/Build again and have already recommended them to our friends!

Our project actually just got under way a couple of weeks ago. We have been very happy with our choice so far but we won't really be able to give you the information you desire until the project is complete. Ask us again in September.
