Alex Potak was very responsive and came in at night and on a Sunday to fix my washing machine. It took two visits since he had to order a part. He redefined Russian customer service for me. Very competent and helpful.

Alex was not only efficient and effective, but he did the work in the late afternoon of Christmas Eve. Alex responded within 2 hours for an emergency repair of a stove/oven. He helped save Christmas dinner.

Service was fantastic. Was able to get my refrigerator/freezer unit fixed on a Sunday, which saved me having to get time off work. Definitely recommend!

Alex within the hour as he said he would, did a thorough exam of the fridge and its problems, gave an honest appraisal of what could and could not be done, made a repair that would extend the life of the fridge long enough for us to find a new one, gave sound advice about new fridges and charged us fairly for his work and parts. Who could ask for more?
