The worst job I have ever seen! Took my Wal Mart purchased cleaner over after the job was finished because the carpet was so nasty and stunk! Pulled so much dirt and grime out, the water in the collection tank was nearly black! So dissatisfied I wouldn't even call them back because I didn't want them back in the house!

This company did a wonderful job on my couch and loveseat. Gary was prompt on calling me back for the bid, his price was very fair. On the day of the appointment, Gary was on time, very courteous, very professional, and got the job done very quickly. I was very pleased with the service I received from this company.

Low quality for a high cost. Something I could have done with my carpet cleaning machine, the high traffic areas still looked just as bad, so another company had to be used to clean those areas. My concerns to try harder or more than once to get those high traffic areas or a stain out was always met with reasons why it may not come out. The gentleman was very nice but the quality of the carpet cleaning was very poor.

Gary called and scheduled with me immediately after my inquiry. He scheduled an appointment with me for 2:00 PM. He called me 20 minutes before to tell me he was on his way. He arrived on time. He finished in a timely fashion. I would use this service again.
