The service call fee is very expensive. I would hire an individual next time instead of a company to try to avoid this expense. I feel the labor and parts cost should cover the expenses of services provided to the customer.

Yes our prices may be higher than some individual , but it's because we have more overhead . But we are licensed and insured where some individuals are not . I appreciate your comment and opionion.

Be sure to run the system one last time before they leave, I still have two sprinklers watering more concrete than grass. I would highly recommend this company.
