Keith was polite, professional, on time and did a fantastic job. The floors & grout look great and he was the least expensive of the four quotes I got. He has even offered to return and fix some grout, chips & holes that he didn't cause, at no additional cost. He is a gentleman of his word & I'd recommend him to anyone. Dan Grace

The owner of this company had a really bad attitude. As soon as I showed him a small problem with the work he was doing, he lost his temper in a completely unprofessional way.

I feel bad that this particular customer feels this way, all I can say is if your payment for work performed is no good you don't exactly deserve to be treated in a professional manner. The quality of the work speaks for itself if anyone would like to see the before and after pictures just let me know I would be glad to provide them!
