Hi! We are a little confused. Pane Doctor has not been to your property since 9/2/2010 to clean your windows, over a year ago. We never like to leave our clients unsatisfied and wish if you did have a problem at the time of cleaning in 2010, you would have told us and we would have gladly taken care of any need your had.IT's our goal to make sure you are 100% satisfied! Could you maybe have us confused with another company that did your windows this year? We just would like to clarify it was us that your were not satisfied with and make it right!

Rick was super professional .Not only would I recommend him to family and friends but I already have done that. He was on time,, helpful, careful of our property, efficient and a gentleman.
