Russ Palmer came to the house, trouble shot our existing system, explained in detail what was wrong with it. He gave me a quote on a Trane heat pump that was lower than the other two providers. My evaluation of him is that he is honost and did not give me a hard sell. When he came to install the equipment he came when he said would, it took the exact amount of time he promised and the new heat pump works like a charm. I would highly recommend Russ for all your heating and cooling needs.

They were very knowledgable and helpful. Felt the price was a bit high for the work required (resetting a switch). But it was after hours and he did try to talk me through it before coming out.

Russ gave me a good price for a good system and got the job done very quickly since I had a time constraint. He left things clean and neat. He returned on the weekend to remedy a minor issue for me. The inspector praised his work.

Palmer provided prompt quality service for my heater. My blower motor went up and I was quoted anywhere from $400 to $700 for repair. Palmer came in with the $400 quote and while on site also found the control board to be faulty. Palmer was ready to work with me and my limited financial situation making me feel they were looking out for me. I believe with Palmer you will get a more than fair price, a quality repair, a higher than expected effort (the expected 1 hour job turned into 3 hours with the finding of the control board issue), and the number 1 quality, honesty. I highly recommend Palmer and have told anyone who will listen to me

Mr Palmer got back to my request within minutes of receiving the notification in the evening. He showed up EARLY the next morning and gave me excellent advice on the heater. Unfortunately, the heater is dowwn again, but it was manufactured in 1962, so I can't complain. I'd definitely use his service again.

Tech was very responsive an professional. In addition he was very honest and in a position to take advantage of us with un required repairs. Showed up within an hour during the hottest day of the year to repair our A/C and charged us minimal monies to make repairs. It is very hard to find service people who are honest and have integrity. The job consisted of a furnace and condenser unit replacement. I found Russ Palmer to be very experienced and reasonable. There really was no need to haggle or negotiate cost - I did some comparisons and found his quote very fair. Most importantly, he has a small crew that has worked for him for a long while - these guys are pros and were focused from start to finish. My overall experience was superb! Highly recommended.
