Mark Palmer was efficient and helped me immediately. There was no delay and he did a great job. If my computer is not working, I cannot work at all so Mark really made a difference. He accessed my computer remotely and fixed all the problems in just a couple of hours. I highly recommend him and plan to use him again in the future. I was amazed at how affordable the work was. I expected the cost would be more than twice as much.

Mark called me first thing in the morning, and within an hour my problems were fixed. Definetly will use him again if needed.
