Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
He has been here three times, and done a good job. However, he seems to have a problem getting here on the day agreed (weekly on Fridays). Perhaps he works mainly in another area of town or there is another problem. I think I would prefer someone I could count on being here regularly.

Project: Install a Wood Fence
Overall a good experience. Our fence had sprinkler lines and lots of trees hanging over it so there was a signifcant amount for them to deal with. My fence did not come out as even as I would have liked but it is good. They worked dilligently to finish the job in a timely manner.

Project: Mow Grass and Maintain Landscaping
Mr. Palay, was very accomodating and got to the job as soon as requested and he communicated very well in order to complete the job. My only critique was that I did have to go around and pick up a few pieces of garbage around the lawn that had been there PRIOR to his arrival. I was hoping he would have done that when he picked up the leaves. I am a realtor so given the opportunity by the seller to finally get this home cleaned up, I was looking for meticulous details when it came to the scraps in the front, side, and back yards. But OVERALL, Mr Palay is a great resource for lawn management.

Project: Fall / Spring Yard Clean Up
Our experience was outstanding. Palay did everything he said he would do, was friendly, professional and eager to make our yard look beautiful. I will be using his service weekly for maintaining the yard and since he is a full service landscaper, I am sure I wil consider additional projects for him as my budget allows. Thanks Palay.

Absolutely the best gardener I have ever had. Did a great job, was courteous and helpful. Paid attention to what I wanted done. Immensely satisfied!!! Also very reasonable in price. As a side note, I went to the store while he and his crew were here. They helped me bring my groceries in... WOW!!! I highly recommend them. Totally satisfied with their work. My yard looks beautiful after just one service date. I will definitely be keeping them. Great, Great, Great!!!

Project: Fertilize, Feed or Treat a Lawn
Of the three services who bid on my job, Palay gave the best answers to my problems and was the most excited about doing my simple project on an ongoing basis. His work was perfect for the first few weeks, then he hired his brother to assist him and the perfect job went to the most terrible job imaginable!. They never showed up on the specified day; we had to constantly contact them what day they would mow; the work was shoddy-obviously unsupervised while the brother talke on his cell phone. We ordered three trees at a cost of over $1000, planted. They have all died. We are waiting for promised replacements.
