i tried to handle the situation in the most professional way possible with the way i was treated. the reason why it was $360 was for my time spent on the job waiting for you to call.you told me the tenants were paying the bill for which they declined.ive wasted 4 1/2 hours waiting to get paid then finally i get a call after 4 hours and letting me know i have to wait until 8pm to come collect,so now i have to go home wait another 4 hrs and then drive into the city just to collect for you to tell me the bill was to high.
