Depend on this company to do what they say and do it very well. Good ideas, helpful and accomodating. Good followup after job completion. Workers were professional. I definitly would hire Paddock again.

My experience with Paddock Builders was the easiest, most pleasant, and best experience I could have ever imagined. I was relocated from Ohio to Michigan for work and needed a builder to manage a total rehab of our new home from start to finish. Since I lived over 3 hours away from the project, I needed a builder I could trust, and that was Paddock Builders. The project exceeded my expectations, was finished on-time with an already agressive schedule, and completed within budget. Theo and Ted guided me through the process with expert advice, clear communication, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the way.

Our kitchen is beautiful, we had an excellent experience with Paddock Builders. We had no problems at all, they were professional and on time. We would recommend Paddock Builders, they did a great job, and we will be calling them for future projects.
