Mr Omoto arrived on time and gave a free detail estimate for sprinkler repair and lawn maintenace service. He arrived on time to repair sprinkler system. I was happy with this job and have hired him to do lawn maintenace starting April 6. I hope I will remain happy with his service. He is polite and respectful. I will rate again later if service isn't what I expected.

Project: Landscape Yard or Gardens
Mr. Omoto of Pacific Landscenes designed and supervised the renovation of our backyard slope. This consisted of removing old ice plant and weeds, and replacing with a variety of shrubs and ice plant. He promised to take care of future maintenance. Weeds appeared shortly after planting, and have continued to grow for several months, and are now 2-3 feet high. Only after weeks of phone calls and broken promises to come, did someone show up to pull about a third of the weeds. When nothing further happened, and after more broken promises, Mr. Omoto came and sprayed some of the weeds, promising to return in 2 weeks. That was 3 weeks ago. The weed killer had very little effect, and we now have a slope covered with tall weeds that looks worse than when we started. For this we have been billed $140 for two months worth of maintenance. Mr Omoto's promises and service are far short of any reasonable expectations. If this were his back yard he would be ashamed to show it to anyone. We cannot recommend his services.
