Mike listened to my ideas, provided constructive feedback and was open to adjusting plans as needed. Work was completed ahead of schedule and very close to the cost estimate.

Project: Remodel a Kitchen
We had a kitchen remodel project, new cabinets, countertop, electrical, and a wall modification. Pacific coast is a wonderful company to work with, they were there on time, they cleaned up and they kept us informed of everything that was going on. All the materials were high quality and we even got to pick out our own cabinets, finishes, countertops, etc. I will and have recommended this company for any renovation and will use them again. It was a great job and they are great people. It was very refreshing to meet and work with someone like Mike. Couldn't come any more highly recommended.

Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Exterior Surfaces
I thought the paint job was fantastic! I could not have been more pleased. I was also happy that Pacific Coast Renovations was able to provide extra handy man services that I needed. In addition, I appreciated that I was put on the schedule right away. I rated customer service a 3 as I was a little disappointed that clean up was not complete in the end. Paint buckets were left with 2 large bags of garbage. I also had to put items back in their place. I suspect it was an oversight and not intentional. All in all, the work was good and I would recommend this company to others.

Project: Paint, Varnish or Stain Interior Surfaces
He did ok Job, But he caught me into the paper work, He signed a contract with me for $6000 But after one week , he start complaining about the work that it is too much work for that money,
In his quote he told me that two coats are enough , after he finish two coats I can see the background color was poping up, I told all the bidder before bidding that I am going to pick the light color, This contractor was ok for that at the time he quoting,
Long story short I ended up paying him $7500 Since I want my house to look nice,
All I can say be care full with the contract when you sign with him, Make sure he don't trick you in the contact
Comment from Pacific Coast Renovations, LLC
We signed a contract to do 2 coats on his walls and 1 coat on his trim. We ended up doing 4 coats on his walls and 2 coats on his trim. We ate over $700.00 in extra material costs so it only cost him an extra $800.00 to do all that additional work. No one was tricking anyone. The contract was plain and simple. We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity. This was a hard person to work for.
