pacific ace did two projects for Lakeview terrace HOA. The basketball court turned out very good. the fence restaining however was worth only two stars at best. The worker was unsupervised, rushed the work, missed multiple areas and required extensive touchups by me. Pacific Ace is good at court resurfacing, but I would not recommend them for other projects. They were very flexible and did a great job! Even when we wanted some added detail they were very easy to work with.The work was done in a timely manner.... I would highly recommend them to anyone....
