Despite my… Read Complete Rating Although the lawn service was acceptable, Pacelli’s billing and communication were unprofessional.  Per our contract, charges were to be billed monthly to my credit card. Despite my repeated e-mail/phone requests, however, I received no bills and most calls went unreturned. When I cancelled the lawn service after three months, Mr. Pacelli presented the bill and related that AMEX isn’t accepted—even though I have written correspondence from his company stating otherwise.  Although I was assured the last yard service would be supervised, Pacelli Landscaping never showed up for the final yard maintenance  See All Ratings
