I wish I selected Pacelli much earlier - the work quality is excellent, at a fraction of the cost that I was paying to another local company.

I was promptly contacted by both phone and email. We had a contract within 1 week.

Terrible communications; couldn't find my payment and just stopped performing the service while keeping my money. Very unhappy with the service

Unfortunately, this is an attack on the company when this client promised and promised to send the contract back to us. We took her word and performed work for a month on her property and to no avail never recieved a contract from her. The check she sent was for the services performed...she never paid for anything she did not recieve. We stopped services because we do not perform work on properties without the proper documentation which is our contract for both insurance reasons and for our own protection as far as recieving payment. Unfortunately, she did not understand this and we terminated our relationship with this client. Thankyou

Mike Pacelli was able to evaluate my yard and give a very fair estimate for my lanscaping projects. He is a very friendly and personable professional who is easy to deal with and seems very knowledgeable about lawn seeding and restoration. He just did my lawn last week so I can not give a review on how it turned out yet, but I am confident it will look great. I will be happy to submit another review after my new lawn has come in.

Very reasonable for the service performed. They took the leaves away and everything was clean.

I have had the best of service from this company. I would recommend them to anyone looking to install new sod or other landscaping needs. They installed over 9,000 square feet of new sod and it looks fantastic. Thanks Mike and Darlene for a wonderful job!

In just two days Pacelli transformed our front yard and lawn completely into exactly what we had asked for. They cleaned up after they were done both nights. Their attention to detail was very much appreciated. I'm so pleased with their work, that I am considering using them also for regular lawn service. If you're considering having any sort of landscaping done, consider Pacelli.

Although the lawn service was acceptable, Pacelli’s billing and communication were unprofessional. Per our contract, charges were to be billed monthly to my credit card. Despite my repeated e-mail/phone requests, however, I received no bills and most calls went unreturned. When I cancelled the lawn service after three months, Mr. Pacelli presented the bill and related that AMEX isn’t accepted—even though I have written correspondence from his company stating otherwise. Although I was assured the last yard service would be supervised, Pacelli Landscaping never showed up for the final yard maintenance

Unfortunately there were many conflicts with this client from the signing of the contract and his failure to understand our contract along with payment terms therefore, he has decided to submit unfair statements about Pacelli Landscaping and our practices and customer service. Our business is based on repeat customers and referrals so believe us you can always depend on Pacelli Landscaping!
