When we opened our doors almost 10 years ago, our objectives were clear: carry the finest equipment; offer liberal and straightforward policies; be big enough to provide extensive services and competitive prices but small enough to know our customers. Since 2002, PS Production has made great strides, our industry has been transformed, and we have championed these advances. Through it all, however, the human factor has remained constant. Michael Davila was a knowledgeable and well-prepared technician. He came at the appointed time, installed the antenna, and presented the bill at the agreed upon amount. And he was very nice.

Mike Davila arrived on time with a very pleasant demeanor. Mike immediately got to work. He listened to my concerns, then begin his analysis of my "whole house audio system." I have 21 in-wall speakers. Mike tested each and every last one. Mike rewired the entire system to allow me more control of the dual-zone system. I was once only getting about 25% power from my 100 watt speakers. Once Mike recalibrated the entire system, I had to turn the volume knobs down, because the sound was so powerful. It is one thing to repair an audio system, any pro can do that, but Mike drastically increased the sound quality. Hire this man now!

Michael was efficient and went about his work in a very professional manner. He quickly identified the issue and suggested several potential solutions. Once we decided on a course of action he quickly went to work and resolved the issue with my dish. Highly recommend.
