Project: Apply or Remove a Popcorn Acoustic Ceiling Texture
Initally did a good job although said mid-way through the 2 week job that they may have to go do another job in Nashville. I said absolutely not as we needed to get the house back in order asap. They did comply. When I called 10 mos later concerning getting some areas fixed that were covered under their written 1 yr warranty he said he would contact me the next day as they have all my contact information (caller id, etc). I waited 2 weeks and emailed him. I have yet to hear from him 4 mos after my inital call. or email. If looking for someone who stands behind their warranty beware of this company.

P & R did an awesome job! I would use again myself and have referred my friends. They arrived on time, completed all work discussed and completed the job in the time discussed. They painted 3 rooms for us and they look great!

The manager did not review his worker's performance. I had to go through each area and discover areas that were left unpainted or only had one coat instead of two. In some areas two different shades of white were used causing streaking. These area had to be redone. The service was repainted but my job became a lower priority to new customers. The manager did not inspect the work of his performers when they returned for touch up work. I found multiple locations where wet paint was dripping and had to be touched up else it would have dried in that position. I am a novice and painted areas of my house better than their "professionals".

reasonable, friendly, and great job. I had them come back for more painting. I'm going to have them paint my mothers house...If that doesn't tell how satisfied I am....

The guys were wonderful. The were very meticulous with the detail work and did a wonderful job cleaning up. We had 2 rooms, a foyer and a long hall painted (walls and celings) and they got it all done quickly!
