Project: Install or Replace an Asphalt Shingle Roof
The quality of the roofing job was great. I happened to have a lot of trees and plants around my house. I had mesh gutter covers on my eves. They weren't in good shape when the job was done & some are gone. Tarps were put over flowers/plants and then walked on. I know it isn't easy to be careful when stripping a roof. My wife wasn't too pleased with the damage to the flowers.

Etraordinarily helpful people! They made sure I'd have no troubles from the bew roof, and even when that made time a little short, they stayed to finish the job.

we had some issues at first. i was not in the best mood due to pro not arriving to start job as outlined. however we were able to overcome this issue to all parties satisfaction. i will say that pros willingness to work out the problem was a plus for them. once the crew started the job, i only saw total dedication, on the part of pro to do the job fast, and complete, and competent. the crew worked to keep the customers complete satisfaction first and foremost

Our Pro Home Imp. job had pros & cons. PROS: The owner, office staff, salesmen & roofing foreman were professional, polite & friendly. Work crew was on time, as was the dumpster delivery/pickup. Our new roof looks very nice/better than the old one. CONS: the owner did NOT have our City Permit on site when the roof work began. Neighbors complained reg. no permit & about roofing debris on their property. They called the City Inspector, who came & temp. stopped work. He also noticed Code issues with the installation. Pro's owner was very willing to correct problems & did so at his expense. He was very fair in dealing w/all issues.

I only had 55 linear ft of gutter placed and it was over $900. I felt that was a bit on the expensive side. However the saleperson knew his product and I liked the fact that if I see any debris in the gutter guard, I can call them and they will come and clean out the debris, I don't have to get on the ladder.

We are very satisfied. The roof was replaced quickly. After the work was finished the workers cleaned up our property very nicely. The project and optioned were explained to us very good and the firm representatives were very knowledgable. They know what they do and you get quality work for a good price.
