When I insisted they give me the permit so I could have the project inspected, they wanted to charge me another 179.00! They also refused to accept credit card payment, claiming that their bank had difficulty processing them. Improper wiring was used; I had to hire an electrician to replace it all so it would meet code. When I called the business owner (twice) to talk to him about my troubles, he never called me back. The heatpump that was installed is excellent- but I would never recommend this company to anyone else! Rating: Provided By: Central Baptist C.
