David Grossman from Premium Home Inspections is an excellent home inspector. His work is very efficent, his schedule is flexible to our need (over the weekend), and he is very thorough during the home inspection process. His inspection report comes out fast, and very professional nicely written with many photos illustrate the areas and expains very clearly of what's critical, what needs to be repaired, and what needs to be watched. He went to evey corner of the house, inside and outside, from roof to basement and writes reports right on the spot. When I came back to read his report, and was surprised he didn't miss any details.

Being this is my first home buying experience, I was wary to find an inspector who would both look over the house from top to bottom but who also would be able to prepare me for the maintainence responsibility which comes from owning a home. Dave, the napector and owner, could not have been more perfect on both counts! He was prompt, friendly, and took pride in his work. His wealth of experience showed as he went in depth about every issue he uncovered, no matter how big or small, and he was able to explain the issues in both simple and complex terms. In sum, I would recommend him to anyone who wants an expert inspection at a good price!

This is the second time i have needed a Home inspector. The Premium Home inspector was very throu even the realistate person who was with us when the home i was buying was being inspected said she had not seen some inspect like this before and would highly recommand Premium to her futher cliental.

Premium Home Inspections, Inc. made this part of purchasing a new home an easy one. I was able to book my appointment the same day I called and David was very accommodating to my schedule. He is professional and knowledgeable about his field. His inspection was thorough. David took the time to explain items of deficiency that he found and he put my mind at ease. His pricing was excellent and the report was received promptly. I am a first time home buyer and David gave me some good tips about to maintain house. I would definitely recommend David for the home inspection. Thank You

Dave is very thorough and professional. His service is the best I have seen and wouldn't use anyone moving forward. My realtor even said she never saw an inspector be so thorough. Great Home Inspection service would definitely recommend.
