Project: Repair a Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Fired Boiler or Radiator Heating System
I had another plumber look at it previously and they quoted me $100 more for the same job and they had to come back the next day. We had PPM come and give us a quote and not only it was cheaper, they were able to do it right then and there. PPM will be 'our' plumber.

The technician was able to determine the problem within the first 5 minutes and then fixed it. He was in and out within 45 minutes.

Very good. Responded quickly. Professional and kind. A cleaning and repair was needed with my air conditioner. I don't know about pricing because I had nothing to compare it to. It just seemed expensive.

Project: Clear a Clogged or Slow Drain
They came to clear the drain in the bathtub (this drain had not been clean in at least 5 years so the buildup was fairly thick). They came the next day promptly at 8:00am and cleared the drain in about 20-30 minutes. It was a great job. They were clean and efficient. I appreciated that after they completed the job they tested it and showed the tenants that it worked as well. The pricing was reasonable and there members fees are much lower than the COMP rates. I will defiantly use them again this year for some other projects that I have (Would also recommend if you are a Landlord as I am). Thanks Servicemagic for helping us out again.
