Project: Install or Replace a Well Pump

The owner was very responsive in coming out to provide a verbal estimate. However, When the work was performed, he did not bypass the Water Treatment system (to much pressure at the well.) Also, We had a huge leak in the basement as he had opened a valve and in leaked all over the basement floor. Bottom line. I had to have a plumber out twice to fixed toilets (rebuild kits) and The water treatment service had to come out as sediment had blocked open the line! Additional expenses on top of the well $500. No written estimate, no invoice. IHice guy, but cant recommend for well service.

Well,.As told to the customer the water treatment was bypassed in order to purge the system of any debris(due to the aquafier of the wells in this area)In doing so the water ran clear and became low in pressure after pump was shut off.Hence idicating no pressure and giving the ability to install a new pressure gauge .You do not want to install a new gauge on a dirty system . When changing the pressure gauge the gauge blew off .Because of poor maintenace from the water purification company company ,not fault of homeowner ,but the home owner should have been versed in the mantenance of the system from the water purification company Sediment

Overall, a great company to work with. Was the first to make contact with me and was very flexible in scheduling a time to come to my home. The price seemed very reasonable compared to other contractors I have worked with. Will definitely consider utilizing again.

Mr. Harris took time to explain what the problem was and what my options would be. I felt he gave me a very fair price. His associates came when they said they would and were also very courtious and took great care to protect my property from dirt and damage. They completed the project on time. I had a hot water heater and range gas line installed by Phil and sean. The price they gave me was more than competetive and the quality of work was excellent they also came out the same day. They took great care to protect my carpet from my leaky old water heater when they removed it. Just talking to phil as he was doing the work I could tell I chose the right contractor. I have used some of the big plumbing companies in the past and never got the kind of service that I got from phil. PNH will be the only plumber in my home in the future

Wonderful experience - I need my old garbage disposal removed and a new one installed. Mr. Harris did an excellent job in a short amount of time, and he also installed an outlet under my sink. All the while he was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and very good at explaining things to me. I will definitely be hiring PNH for other jobs in my home and would highly recommend this company!
