After initial phone call from comp.,I had to call and confirm appointment. Tech arrived later than promised & had no clue how to figure out cause of problem. Wanted to replace a new controller with a newer one. Had no tools to repair problem. Needed an adjustable wrench & a screw driver? Wanted to charge me for not fixing problem and leaving a mess. Was origin told would cost $125.00 to fix problem. Since could not fix wanted $75.00 because he did not have the tools to take apart controller. Called company and asked for an explaination got none. Was told the owner would call me back, got no call. Wanted to rate zero!

I thought the total price was too high. Serviceman was nice, but did not clean up as thoroughly as I would have liked.

Called and setup an appointment for a free estimate, and arrived on time. Assessed the project and provided an estimate on the spot. Cost was reasonable and they began work immediately, making a trip to the hardware store for needed parts. Plumber called on me several times to point out ways to make improvements and to check the work. Professional and courteous, I would call on them again.
