They were prompt in responding, providing a quote, and installing the water heater. All of our questions were answered and they even checked our other water heater with no additional charge.

Project: Repair or Install Gas Piping
He repaired our leak in the gas supply to our stove at the cut off valve. This was the only task we had requested. As we are remodeling our kitchen, he took the initiative and checked out our cook top sitting on the kitchen floor to be certain we had a large enough supply line going from the gas supply in the wall to the cook top. Also looked at our kitchen sink plumbing and offered suggestions there also. (We had no counter tops at this time therefore you could see where the draing pipe came in at the wall.)

Project: Install or Replace a Water Heater
He got the water heater we wanted, installed it when he said he would. He took the time to show us how to make the water heater last for many years and stayed until he made sure everything was working properly. He said to call at anytime if we had any problems and he would respond quickly. I was very impressed with his skills and knowledge.
