they did not offer the non-slip application but they are making good on it by coming back to make the application at a reduced cost.

Fantastic service. Repaired sink within 24 hrs. Top-notch job too. My only complaint is it is kind of pricey. I could have purchased 2-3 new sinks for the same price, but that would have involved tile work etc.

Is a second trip back, to remove the tape and paper, necesssary? Have completed the entire process in one visit in the past.

Renee: We are one of the few reglazing companies that return back without a charge to clean the tub, remove paper, and recaulk. This also allows us to actually look at the surface after it has dried. Many companies spray over the caulking. One thing that we do is remove the old and reapply the new, depending on size of gap, after the tub has dried. On occasion the technicians are able to do it in one visit but it is after evaluating the area and making sure the finish will not be affected. Spraying over the caulking will guarantee peeling and cracking in the future. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact our office.

I had the bathtub reglazed. There is still little bit rusty next to the drain after the job is completed. With the warranty they sent me a regular warranty form at my e-mail address which did not have the name or address of the customer, no date of the work completed and no date shows the coverage of the warranty. I asked the supervisor about it and he assured me that I would get everything straighten up in the mail which I am still waiting. It has to be done in a little bit more proffesional way.

I had our kitchen sink re glazed before we moved in. 2 weeks after the re glaze we moved in and used the sink. It starting peeling at the first touch of water. Called company, haven't heard back yet. I will let you know id they took care of the problem or I ended up in court with them.

We have addressed the customers concerns on 4/17/2012. We have not heard anything regarding any further concerns on from Scott. We went out to the job and touched up the areas.

They were prompt in answering my request. They were very professional and the work was excellent.

Great customer service. Tony arrived on time and did a good job. I am very happy with the work done and how quick and clean he was in doing the job.

My overall experience with this company was relatively positive. So far the resurface seems to be holding-up just fine and the work was completed on-time. The major issue I have with this company is the employee they sent to my house. He spent a lot of his time on a personal conversation. I hired him to work and pay attention to the job, not chatter for an hour with his wife (?) about cell phones. Further, his clothes were ripped and he looked dirty. I get this is a dirty job, but unripped clothing would have been nice. Total lack of professionalism.
