5. I have worked with Pete Sullivan for a year and a half on my house in northern New Jersey. I found him through Service Magic when I was looking for someone to help with some siding that needed repair. Not only did we end up replacing the siding for the entire house, replacing the roof and two decks -- but we since decided to hire an architect and redesign the entire inside of the house, ripping out the floors and moving walls, bumping out the master bedroom, building two new decks, fixing our driveway, reworking the plumbing and electricity, and eventually adding a new kitchen. Great until the final small items needed to be taken care of three months later still minor things that need to be done. Should have held final payment until all these small items were complete. The quality of the work was great though.

Project: Install or Replace Exterior Trim
We were very happy with the work Peter and his crew did on our house, and we have received many compliments from our neighbors as well. We had the siding and trim on our house replaced with Hardiboard and Azek. Peter superbly managed the entire process from initial design to finishing touches. The high level of craftsmanship shows in every detail. We will definitely work with Peter on future renovations.

I highly recommend PJ Sullivan. Very professional, friendly. The jobs were PERFECT ... and even after they finished, I had an emergency due to the the storms... I didn't know what to do, so I called Peter. He was there in a flash, took control and solved my problem. He'll be my contractor for life!

Pete Sullivan was a delight to work with. He answered my request online immediately, came out to my house the next day to give me an estimate, and got a quote to me in a timely fashion. When it came time to do the work, he and his carpenter came out and did the work in the time they said it would take. Overall I'm very satisfied with the quality of the work and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting their stairs rebuilt, renovated or repaired.
