Very prompt, personal, and professional service. Had an extremely affordable rate, and offered future service without "selling." We brought him in for a shower facuet, and he actually had it fixed and working, along with a sink that I asked him about once he got here, within 2 hours of my call.

John came to our house. To our surprise the basement was flooded. John got to work right away to find the problem. He went out side to see that our pipe to the street for our sump pump was frozen he removed it, came back into the house and then proceeded to fix the sump pump. He was our hero for the day....

This guy was amazing! I could not commend him more. He came out in an emergency sitiation in the most professional manner and got the job done better than i thought could be done. It was emergency service on a weekend, but worth every penny.

Very customer friendly, great phone experience, and the plumber they sent was excellent. Good products, readily available off truck. Plumber explained all, and made sure I understood all. Got quotes on other projects. Thought they were a bit expensive for the work, but haven't had plumbing work done for a while.
