Using Auto-CAD Imaging we take the owners ideas and meld them with our knowledge and experience to create a professional design tailored to the clients taste. Meeting with the client again, the plan will be modified until it’s approved and accepted by the owners. This time consuming process is a necessity. Quality designed environments are not created over night. It’s a process that will ensure the client receives what they truly desire. Pro-Images are available and are used to depict what the designer is conveying. These 3D computer generated images are a great visualization tool. Once accepted the plans become the property of the client. Having a ‘Master Plan’ prepared allows for competitive bidding in which all the bidders are providing prices for the same plan, comparing apples to apples as they say.
