I actually give Werner and his team 4 1/2 stars. <br /> <br />I had 110 sq ft of granite installed in my kitchen along with a custom undermount sink and cut-outs for custom Viking applicances (which...were kind of a nightmare to deal with). <br /> <br />Here's the breakdown: <br /> <br />Cost: 5 (they beat everyone else by a long shot) <br />Efficiency:  5 (from the time I said go to installation was 3 days) <br />Courtesy:  5 <br />Responsiveness: 5 (never had to worry about Werner answering his phone or promptly returning a call) <br />Quality of cuts and finish:  5 <br /> <br />Gripes:  they were 3 hours late the first day, and they had to recut several pieces to fit properly.  But they did it without a complaint.
