Very nice. The technician even took out a small stain in the carpet that wasn't even part of the job. He was very enthusiastic about his product

Our carpets look great, and helped put us in the Christmas spirit. Tom has a great attitude, went the extra mile to remove the bad spots and had us inspect his work along the way. He represents your company well.

Friendly, efficient, superb service and personnel. I could not ask for better.

He came early. And the carpets look and smell great. We will be calling again for our other carpets and our tile floors.

Had a bad start, called 3 hours before he was scheduled to say that he didn't have all of the cleaners that would be needed to complete the job and wanted to reschedule. When I said that I needed him that day since all my furniture was moved he came and with the needed cleaners. He was done within a 30 minute time period. I was satisfied with the job when it was completed, but I am not sure if I will use them again.

The technician did run out of the cleaning chemical he needed. He called the customer as soon he discovered that he needed more chemicals. After speaking with the customer and realizing that the furniture was moved, the technician and the office staff checked in the warehouse and the other cleaning vans and found enough chemicals to complete the job. The technician followed company policy by informing the customer as soon as possible. We value and appreciate the customers honesty regarding her experience with PCS. She was satisfied with the cleaning and we hope she will use PCS in the future.

Did a great job!

Very nice guy cleaning the carpet. No use of chemicals except in stain removal (important b/c we have small kids). Very quick and efficient service. Would definitely use them again!

Prompt with appointment times. Very good job on carpets. Carpets stayed damp a little longer than I expected but very pleased with results.
