Very pleasant to work with. Inspected chimney for me and did what I needed in timely manner.

they were a little late but job was done well.

Trying to schedule was difficult. I talked to the dispatcher several times before she actually got the time/date correct. Also, they were 1 1/2 hours late for the scheduled appointment without calling.
