Project: Apply Roof Sealant
Mr. Sweeney came the afternoon of the first contact. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He removed a part of the damaged porch ceiling and confirmed that the problem was failed seal where the roof connects with the house. Since there was a foot of snow on the roof and no further damage could be done we agreed to wait for repair until the snow melted. Unfortunately the day the roof was clear it snowed again. As soon as it is clear again we will proceed.
