I called three companies early morning, and got voice mails. However, this company answered and was able to work me in the same morning. The installation was neat, and in their dealing, they were professional and friendly. (There was some miscommunication as the original quote on the scope of work, but they honored the original quote - and that is true customer service!)

Called him out for an estimate, he brought his worker. Told me 360 dollars to install 4 cameras. with my senior discount. When he gave me my bill it was for 505 dollars. tryed to charge us tax on labor . He left the job and was gone about 4 hours. And left his worker here. We needed extra cable He did not have any with him so when he came back from his home he brought some from his home, tried to charge us travel time when he was all ready home. I had to go out and buy parts at radio shack. The moulding he used was dirty looking. He had a good worker with him.. They started at 9 am did not get thru till 6:30 pm. Bam boozled is the name.

Customer needed longer cables in order to route the cable the way he wanted them so I had to go to my office to get two 60 Ft cables for him .My office is in Hesperia and he lived in Rancho CucamongaCa.So there was an added charge for cables.
