Working with John Harper was a great experience. He was very prompt with communication. He worked quickly and efficiently. His fees were very reasonable and we were really happy with his service. We would use John again.

John is prompt, courteous, detailed oriented, and knowledgeable. He was a builder prior to Palladio Designs, as a result, he was able to give us cost effective suggestions that an architect could not. John listened to our ideas/concerns and was able to execute the plans accordingly. We also liked the fact that John held online meetings where he made changes to the designs instantaneously. Through John, we were also able to use a software that enabled us to see the designs three dimensionally. I personally submitted the plans to the Building Department in San Jose for an Express Permit/Over-the-Counter Permit and was told by the plan reviewer that the plans were clean and thorough. John is great. He was a pleasure to work with. We only have wonderful things to say about him.

Very pleased with my experience working with John. He was available or responded quickly to messages I left. Within the scope of time originally estimated for my project work on my project progressed rapidly. When I ran into changes required by unusual zoning laws that caused floorplan changes, my original estimated time was far exceeded. John continued to work on my project and make steady progress, even though it was clear he had other priority work he had to attend to. He did not change his price due to these changes, and his original price was competitive with other bids I received. I would recommend John to a friend.

John was sensitive to the special requirements of my project. He worked closely with the historic preservations in creating a wonderful addition to my 1885 house, listed on the National Historic Register.

very helpful, fexable and consistent on followup. My excessive travel and dynamic project plans and finances made it difficult to finish project. I expect to return to the area and finish the project with him later.

John has completed the first floor of our new home and he and we are very excited. He listens very well and expresses his thoughts and ideas. He has provided us with saged guidance and we look forward to the completed project so we can begin the build.
