There was a little bit of a miscommunication. And when they got here, they were under the impression that they're only cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms. However, when I spoke to the person at ServiceMagic, they asked what I wanted cleaned. I said, the house dusting, vacuuming, and he proceeded asking me how many bedrooms and bathrooms. So when they got here, they were the under the impression of just cleaning the bedrooms and bathrooms. The cleaning wasn't up to what I would like to have it done.

I felt they did a great job with cleaning my house! I was impressed that they were on their hands and knees scrubbing my floors! I did not expect that!

Project: Clean House Interior (Maid Service)
First cleaning was excellent and well worth the money. Second was horrible. Bedroom night stand was smeared on front, Bath mat had dirty foot prints, kitchen floor was like an ice skating rink for a month and carpets had a film on them that made your feet feel slimy. Also, they never responded to what happened. I asked for compensation via phone and never received call back.
